What are the qualifications to live there?
Your monthly gross income must be equal to or greater than 3.5 times the monthly rent amount, a credit and criminal background check will be completed, as well as a rental verification by your former landlord.
Are bills included?
Bill doesn't fluctuate, flat rate billing, same amount each month.
Do I have to have insurance?
Yes, we include it with your resident services package, that includes your $12 renters building liability insurance, and your flat rate, water sewer, trash due monthly and paid with your rent.
